Just a few thoughts...when she first came out and I heard her little cry I couldn't help it and didn't want to try and stop crying. It was the most beautiful sound I had every heard in my life. It is amazing to me and touching how she know the sound of my voice already. When she was being poked and prodded at the hospital she would calm down when she heard my voice and when I held her. Once we watched a movie together, "the Incredicables," and I got teary eyed whenever Mr. Incrediable would talk about his kids. I have turned into a big teary eyed sap! She is just so wonderful. When she is awake she looks around and taking everything in because everything is new to her. It seems to me that she is learning at a rate that I wish I could learn! She is so beautiful.

Well, I'm going to have to disagree....just kidding. Crying is ok. I cried when we had to leave the Tracker in Oregon, and I think I cried once on my mission when I ate some red hot peppers.
Jared...I cry all the time. And I'm not pregnant or holding a new baby! Having a baby has never lost its wonder for me. After each of my 3 little people I've just marvelled at the experience of being a mom and being trusted with this baby. I love holding them at night when everyone has gone to bed and just staring at them and wondering who they are and what they will be! I feel a little cry session coming on...

If I had a nickle for every time I saw my husband cry in the seven years I have known him...I would have about fifteen cents, but I am all for a good man cry every now and then--I mean a man crying, not me crying like a man.
