Insomniac Ramblings

It is almost 2am mt. time and I can't sleep. This happens to me, I get in patters of insomnia and I am up. So surfing the web, bloggin, working on my hapless Fantasy Football team are better than lying awake and staring at the ceiling.

I am enjoying Burley Idaho, go figure. Never thought I would liver here, let alone like living here, but I do.

Abby and Afton are my girls. Afton is a little princess but she is only 5 month old! When she wants to sleep she wines until we physically put her in her bed. She then puts her arms behind her head, looks to the wall and falls asleep. When she "assumes the position" we know that we are dimissed and can leave the room.

I bought a cycle trainer this week. Now I can hook my bike up to it and ride for hours in my backyard...it makes it much more convenient to get exercise, and is a good workout, but it is still much better to be out on the road. The trainer will be really nice though when Abby and I are going stir crazy in the house during the dead of winter. We will merely go to the pull the bikes inside and ride.

I can relate. Had a bad night last night. Now I am dragging around the house. You probably got it from me Sorry

How much did your trainer cost and can you put enough resistance on it that you feel as if you can "climb hills" etc? I am toying with the idea of buying an exercise bike and maybe a trainer would be better. I was up at three the other night-- couldn't get back to sleep at all. It was not fun.

uh, I WISH that was a problem. I got a 2 year old who won't go to bed on time and then wakes me up at 4, 5, and 6.
