On Monday the three and a half of us went into the foothills and found a place to go hiking by Bogus Basin. Afton did a great job hiking and was really tough even when she took a tumble down a steep part. Good thing there were plenty of sage brush roots around to stop her from rolling down too far. We saw lots of bugs and lots of rocks and that was just perfect.
As we got back to the car and ate some lunch the storm clouds rolled in. 
By the time the evening rolled around there was quite the downpour. We topped off the day with a run through the rainstorm and got really wet. It was a fun weekend!

Looks like so much fun!! Don't be too sad.. I'm bummed I am not forced to move next to you as well... But.. I am loving my job, so I guess its good... I guess... sigh...I guess that means I'm staying in Young Women's a little longer... double sigh.. just kidding!
Wow, you guys had a great weekend! We had a lovely rainy memorial day bike ride. The kids loved it.
You guys are so good about getting out and exploring. Next time you do something fun like that give us a call.
