The brilliant voters to the north of us just passed three city ordinances concerning marijuana use:
"City residents voted Tuesday to legalize midical marijuana, make enforcing pot laws the lowest police priority, and decriminlize industrial hemp."
The same geniuses who voted for these laws will get arrested when they smoke for "medical purposes" because State and Federal law still trump city ordinances. Still, the stupidity of it all makes me laugh. My advice, don't smoke marijuana, it is still bad for you and still illegal...

You know, every year that we were in Alaska the legalization of marijuana was on the ballot. It always failed 55 to 45. Pot was legal there until the 80s.

I say make it legal-- then maybe it won't be as "cool" to try and smoke it! Of course-- that probably wouldn't work....dude.
Dare I guess it was Ketchum that had it on the ballot?
