I am a cheapskate, anyone who knows me a little probably knows this about me. So it will come as a surprise to you to know that we actually bought something NEW for Ben! It was time to get a high chair, see. We had a hand-me-down one for Afton and it worked ok, but in the move we decided to give it to the DI because we just were sick of storing a big clunky chair. So I did some serious consumer research and found the seemingly perfect high chair. We got a Graco Contempo. I have to admit, it was slightly painful to buy it, because I have issues with buying things. But all the pain is gone now! It rocks. This might be the nicest piece of baby equipment we have. I didn't even have to assemble it because it came folded up nice and neat in the box. Anyway, Ben now gets to sit up to the table with us all and he loves the view. He doesn't look super happy here, but I promise he loves his new chair.
Our little guy is so very sweet. We love him so much. He loves to: sit up on his own and watch all the things going on around him, giggle at his big sister's silliness, squeak and squeal to hear his own voice, cuddle, sleep, kick his legs like crazy, and most of all he loves to be a baby. Here's to five months with our Benjamin! (yes, his little cheeks have some issues)

Ben is growing up so fast!!! Will my little boy grow up that fast too?? Oh no!!! What a cutie!! I can't believe how big he's getting. He looks like a little boy instead of a baby! I hope you guys can stop in... We would L-O-V-E to see you!!!! I am done with work after Wednesday, so I'll be home!!! Call me!
When he laughs his head off does a little blue vein appear on his forehead??? He must be like his father.
Oh how I wish I would have spent the money on a nice high-chair-- money VERY well spent, and now I am regretting not getting one because I assume I am nearing the end with baby equipment so why buy another??? AHHHHHH!! Good move.

Good choice on the high chair. We have the same one (different pattern - yours is much cuter). That video is great. I love baby laughs.

Oh my gosh Abby! He is so cute and afton is just growing up! your hair is getting so long and your just so beautiful! i miss you so much. I love you tons!
