Garden goodness

Our garden is really starting to produce now, hooray! We planted it with a few things in mind. I wanted to make salsa, marinara, and have yummy fresh corn. The first part of it has paid off in a yummy way.
Salsa!
Fresh tomatoes, onions and peppers
Roast, chop and heat
We try not to eat all of it the first week. We're pacing ourselves. :)

I need your recipe! I have only ever made the fresh kind that you have to eat right away. Canning it seems to intimidate me...Post your recipe!

I am truly impressed. My tomatoes are starting to come on and I have to admit I love walking out the door and picking a fresh tomato, cut, salt and eat! Yummy
