Afton got to have a live dolly to play with for three days in her baby cousin Piper. At first Piper was a little overwhelmed by her crazy older cousins. But she got into her groove and we got smothered in her cuteness. Yes, please. (She sure looks like she could be one of our kids!)
It was fun to have Chris and Amber come again because they were the ones who helped us repaint and re-baseboard our house before we'd moved in. Now they could see the finished product! Plus Chris got his brand spankin' new iPad delivered to our house so he could play with it this weekend. I now really really want one cause it might be one of the coolest gadgets I've ever seen. So cool. We kept thinking of really convenient uses for it ranging from a replacement for printed paper for a talk or lesson to a portable grocery list.
Without having church to go to and get all dressed up in new Easter dresses, we decided to hold a photo shoot for the little girls anyway. Having an indoors egg hunt was fun too.
And of course the kids spent plenty of time climbing all over their Grandpa.
Loved the fam visiting, loved the messages from conference, and loved the easter candy too.
