Pumpkin Patch

For our homemade preschool this year Afton gets to pair up with a friend to go to some fun community classes and have a day of learning each week. She seems to be loving it so far and I like the variety of things we do. As soon as I get some energy back I'm sure I'll love it more. ;)
Last week we took the kids on a "field trip" to a pumpkin patch where they could run around with a billion other preschoolers to pick a pumpkin, take a hay ride, pet farm animals, and go through a corn maze. They had a great time.
Here they are seeing the farm animals and getting ready to go on the hay ride:
Pretending to be the farmer and his wife:
On the cow trailer ride, I asked them to say "Moo!"

How fun. The picture of the farmer and his wife makes me chuckle. I love Halloween and Thansgiving! So much fun. (and the FOOD)

I am laughing so hard at Afton's look in the farmer and his wife pic. That is so great! You do some fun things with them.
