Oh, the things we do to keep busy

There are some really important superheros that I need to introduce. Watch out all bad guys because this duo is on the town and they are UNSTOPPABLE! Batgirl and Spiderman catch all bad guys and help the police put them in jail. You might see them in other forms, such as Batman, Cat Girl, Super Pink Ballet Girl, etc. But they are the same talented pair that foil the bad guys every time. Our house has never been so safe!

On an entirely different note, we hit a local pizza joint to take advantage of their free pizza making day. Since Afton was born in April, she got to make her very own pizza. She had a blast!
We had to wait for a long time for our turn to make a pizza. The kids were great and waited in eager anticipation.Finally it was our turn! First Afton got to pick a silly hat, get a special apron, and wash her hands. She chose the cow cap.Next she got her dough and learned how to roll it out and shape it for the pan, even throwing in a dough toss while she was at it.Next went the sauceand toppingsShe took this very seriously.Finally her pizza went in the oven to cook. It came out perfect!All that pizza making practice at home really paid off because her pizza was delicious. She is serious about saving it for her consumption. This morning I saw a container in the fridge that she had instructed Jared to label. It says: "Don't take this to work! Because it's Afton's pizza."

And on a final note, here is our growing up Ben. He loves to play pretend every minute of the day. In this particular moment he needed to be documented with spiderman glasses, his beloved "flag shirt" and shorts, a baseball cap and a briefcase. He thought he looked really COOL. :)
